TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website methodology-frame.com (the "Site") and the purchase of digital products offered by Individual Entrepreneur, registered at Cyprus, 1048 Nicosia district, email: philosophy@yahoo.com ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or accessing digital content, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We sell digital content, including but not limited to materials of online courses, e-books, lecture notes, and other downloadable or streamable materials ("Digital Content"). All Digital Content is delivered electronically.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. To purchase Digital Content, you must provide accurate information and complete the checkout process on the Site.
3.2. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (or another third-party payment provider). We do not store your full payment card details.
3.3. Prices are shown in currency of county access and include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) unless stated otherwise. The final price is displayed before you confirm the order.
3.4. A binding contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email or provide access to the Digital Content.
4. Delivery
Digital Content is delivered immediately after successful payment, either via a download link, access to your account on the Site, or by email. You are responsible for having the necessary software and internet connection to access the content.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
5.1. Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. However, for digital content, this right is lost if you have given express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right once the download or streaming begins.
5.2. By clicking the purchase button, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access to the Digital Content has been provided.
5.3. If you have not accessed or downloaded the Digital Content within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us. Refunds for accessed digital content are generally not provided unless the content is defective.
6. License and Intellectual Property
6.1. All Digital Content remains our property and is protected by copyright laws.
6.2. Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6.3. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from the Digital Content. Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
7.1. Digital Content is provided "as is" for informational and personal purposes. We do not guarantee specific results.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Digital Content, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Data Protection

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of your local law.
